Zim Zim is an easy-drinking, vibrant, macerated white wine with zippy acidity and grippy tannins. It features notes of ripe nectarines and blood orange, with a finish reminiscent of a grandmother's homemade marmalade. It is made from 100% Organic Marsanne Grapes hand-picked in an intimate parcel in Languedoc, South of France. Serve chilled, alongside rich buttery sauces, seafood and fresh summer salads.

Meet Zim Zim, our flagship orange wine. Designed for the free spirits, Zim Zim is perfect for those warm summer evenings. It’s an easy-drinking, zesty wine wine. No corkscrew is needed, just grab, go and enjoy the moment.

Our 2023 Marsanne Grapes were hand harvested at peak ripeness in the South of France. It was then macerated for two weeks, resulting in the vibrant sunset orange colour which is a result of the skins leaching into the liquid nectar. The wine was then aged in stainless steel barrels to protect the grapes flavour integrity

The flavour profile reflects ripe nectarines, blood orange with a zesty lift.

With zippy acidity, grippy tannins, and being session-ably moreish it is the perfect companion for your next adventure.
